I know we played them in last year's opener but I was wondering if we could open the season in Foxboro. Looks like LaGarrette Blount got suspended for the first game for substance abuse...hasn't he had several violations in the past? You know it would be a four game vacation if it were a Dolphin's player.

You want to play the pats in game 1 or 2. They always start the season slowly. Got to catch them early and notch a win.

Bring the bastards up again!!!

Tons of people wrote us off Game 1 last year ... Not Bump! I said bring 'em on, and I meant it. I still mean it. **** 'em!

Well this Patriots game is the NFL season opener on Thursday night so it would be on nationwide TV...I would love to ruin their opener...I am sure they will be hoisting their SB flag next to their lame 16-0 flag they are so proud of (we all know they finished 18-1). :3w:

I can't wait till we're at the point where we want to play them any time of the year, especially december. Beat the best to be the best.

We have started with a division opponent 4 of the last 7 season.
The pats have in 6 of the past 9 seasons.

But the pats are 9-1 on opening day for the last 10 years, and 6-4 week 2. i would just rather get them week 2. we are 4-6 and 3-7 respectfully.

OK Just for fun
Miami Vs. New England all time
Week 1 4-4
Week 2 5-1
Week 3 2-0
Week 4 2-1
Week 5 2-3
Week 6 2-2
Week 7 3-3
Week 8 3-3
Week 9 4-2
Week 10 1-3
Week 11 3-2
Week 12 4-5
Week 13 1-4
Week 14 7-1
Week 15 3-3
Week 16 2-3
Week 17 3-4
Week 18 0-1 (1994)
Playoffs 1-2

All Time 52-47 Fins

So yeah i will take the Pats in week 2 and week 14. but i would be ok with week 3 or 9. :)

I doubt it but signing the biggest FA makes it possible. I think the NFL wants to see the Jets vs Pats more. Revis vs his old team. The media also thinks the Jets are better then the Dolphins. Which holds validity right now if you leave out the QB

Mr. Brady...I believe you have already met Mr. Suh?

It will be Pittsburgh, Bills (Rex Ryan) or the Jets (Revis). The Revis to the Jets story is dumb and is really not a very intriguing game but it wouldn't surprise me if the NFL feels differently. A dark horse is Philly because of their crazy offseason.

Steelers or Jets. Maybe the Eagles.

I think the Fins will play the Ravens or Bills week one.

jets, dolphins and bills will be battling for that 2nd spot this year or last playoff . they are all even depend on who got best coach.

they always get better later in the season but last year was their first opening day loss since 2003.

I think us or Buf are more likely if they stay w/in the division just b/c of the Rex/Revis storylines. Pitt and their star QB would probably be ahead as well.

Pats have on hteir sched:
Home Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Philadelphia, Washington, Pittsburgh
Away Buffalo, Miami, NY Jets, Houston, Indianapolis, Dallas, NY Giants, Denver

opening Thurs night, you can toss the away games. looking at the home possibilities, you can easily rule out Jax, Tenn and Wash - leaving Buf, NYJ, Mia, Phi and Pit.

I can see any of those as possible matchups in the NFLs eyes though the only team with an established star at QB is Pitt with Big Ben. I think they go that route. If Buff, Mia or NYJ were established yearly playoff contenders I think they could have been the matchup.
