I don't know about you's guy's but our Dolphins seem to be in a perpetual 2 step....One step forward two steps back. Losing quality year after year only to end up having to replace down the road...
I see some high priced commodities but no real "plan" on building a "team" for the future, just the additions here and there hoping to keep the peanut gallery interested with the promise of reaching the playoffs.....gotten old in my mind.... been doing it for to many years and there are just to many holes to fill to make this logical.....

New HC and staff hopefully positive. Now IMO we should just accept the fact that we need to much to do this in one or 2 seasons and go into a full blow rebuilding mode once and for all. Ya the near future maybe unimpressive but hell the last decade hasn't been anything to get excited about and I don't see us making any kind of serious run even for a playoff spot.....Sometimes I feel like its "ground Hog day " in Fin-land and I'm living on shallow dreams once more...

Well it is nice to at least win the off seasons....but its getting old

I have been blasted for this , but will keep saying it. Either Tannehill gets it in year 5 or we move on. We are nothing without an eite qb. All the holes we have wouldn't be holes and it is amazing how GMs become more geniuses on the players they select because not much pressure is on them as having a mediocre qb

Let me add, you kick tires on all qb's as a backup...including RG3. Tom Brady was a 7th rd pick

Aaron Rodgers would fix our horrible offensive line, bad run defense, CBs getting torched, lack of elite players, etc.?

" Either Tannehill gets it in year 5 or we move on. "

Year 5 and were still trying to figure out his ability.....unbelievable

How many years have we been trying to fill our OL......DB's now LB DB OL maybe QB soon to be RB......this has gotten crazy

Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson and Tom Brady

all have something in common with Ryan Tannehill...

Guess what it is?

They all played behind leaky O-lines.

No stability in the front office and horrible decision makers overall will do that to a team.

Aaron Rodgers, Russel Wilson, and Tom Brady

all have something in common that Ryan Tannehill has never had......

Guess what it is?

Good organizations that know how to draft and develop their players.

Good organizations probably hits the nail on the head....

I was just hoping for one that was able to at least evaluate and truthfully face the level of our needs and realize that it's not a patching job thats going to get it done but a major overhaul. And the signing of older high priced quality players will be useless by the time this team gets it Ship together. Be free from the illusion of making the playoffs and trying to " super glue " this team together...year after year after year
