Could New Orleans get the "Cleveland Plan."

I wouldn't mind as long as they squeeze a Canadian team in when they start expanding.

No more expanding, the talent pool will get too thin! That said, if Buffalo or NO moves, who the heck cares...

They are going to move or expand some teams, LA is going to get a franchise pretty soon. I can't even believe that they are even considering San Antonio for an NFL franchise, this Saints owner is out of control. Theres no way you move a team to San Antonio. There are more than enough teams in Texas. The Saints owner shouldnt be allowed to move anywhere but LA if he wants to move.

Why not LA?

there are enough teams in california, and they don't want one in LA, so give one to the city that wants one

2? while Florida has 3 and Texas has 3 and NY has 3? and Cali is a bigger state?

i think la would be a good spot for them if they really wanted to move, hell there's enough people living in LA to fill the stadium seven times a week and it would give the saints the inside track on all the players coming out of ucla and usc since they'd be in the same city

2 what? cali has 3 teams. san fran, san diego and oakland...

if LA doesn't want a team and san antonio wants one, why not? they've shown they can support a pro team, and they already have an NFL-ready stadium. makes a lot of sense

LA wants a team and the NFL wants them there. Thats the only place the Saints owner could get approved.

Nobody should get "the Cleveland" plan. The size of the NFL is perfect. We don't need to dilute the talent anymore. 30 or 32 teams is optimal. If the league wants a team in LA then they shouldn't have allowed Al Davis to move the Raiders.
