Just a thought here, I work in a law firm but am not a lawyer so I really am not sure about this, but we do handle alot of information about clients, such as their address, some medical info, personal account information, etc. We are SUPER sensitive about this now even having to do a ton of shredding of documents so there is no chance of this information getting out of the firm. With the new HEPA(?) laws about privacy, and IMHO Ricky's drug testing is a medical procedure, didnt the NFL violate these privacy laws when this infomation got out?
Now consider that one of the reasons the NO FUN LEAGUE may deny his appeal is because they dont want to look bad now that his failure of a drug test was leaked. If denied should Ricky go get Al Davis's attorney an look into a multi million dollar lawsuit against the NFL and the Denver Broncos for this violation or is this not possible?
