countdown clock on front page....

I live on the west coast, but the clock is still shows 6 days and 22 hours. even if its to be looked at as if i was on the east coast, it would still be 3 hours off. i know the draft starts at noon eastern time but it still doesnt add up, someone please elaborate for me
