that was Orlando Brown who was an offensive lineman for the Ravens. Although when that incident happened it may have been when Baltimore was still the old Browns in Cleveland.

As stated above, the 'eye guy' was Orlando Brown. Courtney Brown is the player the Browns picked (First overall) to play DE but who missed twenty-three games in his five seasons there before going to Denver for one season. He's one you'll see listed among any 'draft bust' lists. I don't know if his lack of production was purely related to his injuries or whether he also wasn't the quality of player hoped for when he was drafted.
