The Associated Press reports the Dallas Cowboys have released OL Jacob Rogers.

Would we have some interest in him...

Maybe, since Tim Davis coached him at USC, but Dallas is an offensive line needy team. You have to wonder about Jacob if he can't make it on a team that needs offensive linemen.

I think it said he never played in agame due to injury. I dont know much about the guy, seems to be young and have some potential if he can stay healthy.

Very true. Very true. The only good explanation would be that he simply fell out of favor with Parcells. Other than that, it's hard to imagine the Cowboys letting go of O-line talent.
