Cowboys Safety Keith Davis shot

just on sirius too. EDIT: i don't know how they could have mixed it up but they are saying the injuries are not life threatening.
 
Dallas Cowboys safety Keith Davis, 27, was recovering at Baylor Medical Center Dallas Sunday after he was shot twice while driving along Interstate 635 at about 5 a.m. Sunday.

Police said Mr. Davis was driving westbound on the highway near the North Dallas Tollway when a dark-colored vehicle with tinted windows pulled alongside his Chevrolet Impala and someone shot at him several times.

Dallas police are investigating motive and suspects.

Police said Mr. Davis is in stable condition and that his injuries are not considered life-threatening.

Davis, 24, was shot early Sunday outside the Dallas Gentlemen's Club in an attack that also wounded club security guard Jacquois Thompson, 29, in the left hip and right arm.
"I'm fine. My hip is fine," the defensive back said Monday. "I'm walking around on it and just need to work it out. As far as my arm goes, I need to keep moving it around. I am having a hard time moving some fingers but I will be fine."

Damn man how the hell do you mix up dead and alive......thats like if they said Roethlisberger was dead after the crash
 
If you look at the ESPN article on him, it lists his tackle total for 2005 at 50. Appropriate, given this guy's track record as a magnet for bullets.

BTW, can someone please edit the "and killed" out of the subject line for the thread?
