I'd be concerned if Bill Cowher went, but if Crowder wants to quit and go coach the Bills? Yeah, I'm good with that.

what does this all mean ?

haha, and i agree on crowder going anywhere....... his pass coverage is awful.

last week (against pnathers) i saw him make a tackle behind the lines and start celebrating and i told myself just wait on this next play and he'll get burned and he did... well akin should have made the tackle but still crowder was playing the run and didn't play it well.

It's funny how winning one Super Bowl changes peoples opinions of you. Cowher was a loser for 15 years before Super Bowl XL. Nobody wanted him, many in Pittsburgh wanted a change. He was Jeff Fisher and Andy Reid rolled into one. The guy who couldn't get the job done the guy who can't get over the hump. He did, and now he's the greatest thing since sliced bread? I'm not buying it. Over rated.

So is Gruden, so is Shannahan.

The best way to find a coach nowadays is to get a successful coordinator like Sparano, Harbaugh or Mike Smith. Yeah they haven't won Super Bowls, but they haven't continually failed either. Nothing on the coaching market impresses me, let them get Gruden or Shanny these guys have done nothing significant in many years, and in Buffalo it will remain that way.

If by Jeff Fisher and Andy Reid rolled into one, you mean a really, really good football coach, then I agree. He was considered Jeff Fisher and Andy Reid rolled into one.

well, his teams were superbowl candidates almost every year.

i can't remember any year since i was a kid that miami SHOULD have been in the superbowl.

cowher will make any team he goes to a consistent playoff caliber team...give him 2-3 years
