I think he would be a great coach for this team, the money doesnt worry me...its the compensation with draft picks that i really dont like. I dont want to give up the 9th or 39th pick.

Down here a few fans have mentioned swaping our 1st with their 1st and giving them a 3rd next year plus a substantial monetary compensation.
If coach Chin is willing to coach again this year (and that's a big IF) then he's surely worth that. Remember guys...we have a 1st rd pick to bring Shula here...and that didn't turn out too bad!!

Remember what it took for the Bucs to get Gruden? 2 first rounders and 2 second rounders and a bunch of $$.. If that's what they will ask then obviously he's not worth it. And Shula was a better coach in my opinion.
