Crabtree and My Crow...

Yeah im watching the Texas-Texas Tech game and I know people compare him to Andre Johnson and I think that really is the perfect comparison. He is very physical and had great hands and good speed. I really have jumped on the Crabtree bandwagon.:hi5:

If he declares and we're in the position to draft him, I'd love to take him. He's a great receiver.

However I still think we're going to continue building the defense first.

Crabtree reminds me more of Larry Fitzgerald. He's not as fast as Andre Johnson. If he somehow fell to us in the 12-15 ranger (if we draft there) and there's not an OLB or CB on the board, then I guess maybe Parcells & Co. have shades of Keyshawn Johnson and pick him. I still think we go defense first, more specifically OLB.

HERE HERE

I worried that he'd be another " product of a system"

BUT IF HE'S ON THE BOARD WHEN WE PICK WE'D BE FOOLS TO PASS HIM UP!!!

CRABTREE 2 FINS IN 2009 I'M ALL ABOARD.

This was hands down the BEST COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAME OF THE YEAR

And that game-winner was all strength. Hands to catch the ball, upper body to break the tackle, and legs to stay inbounds.

I've been telling you guys -- the kid may be a sophomore but he is the real deal.

crabtree is larry fitzgerald to me as well but he has the tackle breaking ability of anquan boldin. this guy is the stuff. we need to take him #1 this year if he's there. what hands good routes and size plus he moves the pile when being tackled like boldin. clutch also as he showed tonight.

take crabtree and we'll know what a #1 franchise wr looks like. henne to crabtree the next 10 years would be sweet. not a product of the system. god those hands are more than rare for a guy that size.

He needs to hold the ball closer to his body when he is running. He has it in one hand and just puts it out there in a position that will likely result in a lot of fumbles at the NFL level.

Other than that, he is amazing.

Crabtree fumbled once tonight holding the ball like that. Ginn fumbled on that long pass last week(lucky it went out of bounce).

All I am saying is that when you are running and making moves on people or about to be tackled, hold the ball with two hands. I kept saying during tonights game that he was going to fumble holding the ball like that. He eventually did.

It is easily correctable. He is going to make a great pro, but as a potential top 10 or top 5 pick, you have to be a bit critical.

I do agree with you. If he is on the board when we pick, he would be a great person to add to this team. I do believe Ginn is starting to turn it around and that the Buffalo game was just a glimpse at what he will do. Add Crabtree alongside Ginn and Camarillo, with Henne(2009 or 2010) throwing to them will be very fun.
