Crocker Released. Good fit in Miami?

We'll see if Coyle considers him an upgrade to what we currently have.  Certainly if anyone knows him it's Coyle.
 
You do know he played for us and absolutely sucked during his time?
 
Meh 4 years ago maybe but if you are going to sign an old safety bring Bell back he is better.
 
no thanks. Guy sucked for us and I don't want round 2 with him.
 
I think Jones and Johnson will start week 1.... I believe Jones was still adjusting last season but will be a beast this season.. T. Johnson has something to prove to himself and the NFL..

Who's the FS?  In the previous defense, the FS was supposed to get everyone lined up.  When Jones was at FS, the secondary was CONSTANTLY breaking down and there was a lot of finger-pointing about responsibility.  Culver straightened things out.  I think Jones doesn't have the aptitude for FS, personally.  He's a playmaker - finds himself around the ball a lot and can deliver the big hit, but in terms of non-physical responsibilities, he makes me nervous.
 
Honestly, really didn't have that much of a problem with CC at free safety. Stone hands, but he was progressing well, never knew why we just gave up on him once he got injured.
