Cromartie released

He was hurt all of last year, is it a chronic injury or can he rehab and get back to 100%? if he can get close to 100% he's a good player and has matured a lot as a person. I thought we'd be re-signing him all along but rumblings now are the injury may be more serious and we will only pick him up as a fallback if we can't get Verner. we'll see.
 
When I think of the Jets I think of Cromartie...

They reportedly are going to rebuild that entire secondary. Cromartie has always been a hit or miss player. He looked amazing early in San Diego, then went full on bitch in the playoffs when he refused to make a tackle against the Pats on 4th and 1. He was playing at an All-Pro level when Revis got hurt, but struggled last year (injuries played a part)

odd, i didnt see anyone say that. Just because a player puts on our jersey, doesnt mean we excuse their immoral behavior.

I would hope not but I have seen far too many bashings of Cro and ignoring what Ricky did. Both were idiots.

You're reaching. 12 kids > 6 kids. Three of them being with the same woman, his wife. Not the poster child for domestic living but certainly not the ghetto rat that is Cromartie.

yep, Ricky was a true role model when he ran away from his wife and kids. The funny thing is if the situation was reversed you'd be telling me how great a guy Cro is and how bad Ricky is. Some people cannot separate real life from their favorite teams. it's sad.

haha, my double standard. I am the one that criticized Cro for his mistakes while you guys celebrate Ricky for making the same dumb mistakes.

Why would we bring up a player that hasnt been with us for years? Honestly, I forgot about him having multiple kids. I just remember him suddenly retiring.

Having a child out of wedlock is not immoral.
Having several children out of wedlock is stupid, no matter who you are.
