Ummmm...if Channing is ready to play against Buffalo then why bring in Bobby Carpenter? Or is Carpenter (decent in coverage) replacement for AJ Edds?

Crowder did look impressive the one time he was on the feild in the preseason..He may not be the best linebacker we have but do think they could have held him out and rested him for the season opener.You want him your other starter next to Dansby.

I like crowder a lot he does the dirty work and doesn't get credit for it and i dont understand why. He looked much better in the preseason games this year because of the addition of dansby and would love to have him in the game on sunday!!

Because his mouth runs like ray lewis but his game has shades of Aundray Bruce...

Crowder has become one of my favorite players to cheer for... having him on the field is a shot in the arm for the D... definitely better off with him on the field. I expect limited reps Week One.

If we can get up on Buffalo early, I don't like Trent Edwards beating us through the air...

Nothing like a lame LB chasing a speedy slot receiver like Roscoe Parrish across the field ... works for me!

Crowder is def valuable to this offense as he may not get the picks or FF and things of that nature, but for some reason when he isn't in, the running game kills us. We dont need Spiller having a career day his first NFL game against us
