culpepper a dolphin?

i would love us to get a 100 millino dollar contract, give up some good picks of ours, and take on an ****ed up knee.

BRING IT ON.

thank god you guys aren't our GM cause 0% chance Saban takes risks picks on culpepper.
YOU GUYS LOSE.

If he goes anywhere he will restructure his contract

and they wont give up that much for him

If we can someone get him cheap, there's no question about it bring him in. I have a feeling Chambers would be a 1400 yard reciever, I can see him catching 70 yard bombs!

how do you figure that? the contract MAY get restructured, but culpepper will still get paid a ton of money. and when you say 'they' won't give up that much for him, i can see that 'they' may not offer much for him, but the vikings won't trade him unless they get a lot in return. there is no value in trading for culpepper - big contract, wonky knee, loss of draft picks. why don't we find our own qb, rather than trading for someone else's problem (which culpepper is now - a problem, or why else would minnesota be looking to move him). equally as important, maybe everyone should wait until it's confirmed that he's on the block - this could be yet another case of some reporter stirring up crap, creating news where there is none.

Ever heard of Willis McGahee?....anything can happen.

I Would Take Him Any Day I Really Wanted Us To Draft Him When He Came Out He Is After All A Fl Boy.....

The headline says "Dolphins want Culpepper". But the story reads
It wouldn't be surprising if the Vikings and Dolphins after the season talk about a trade of quarterback Daunte Culpepper to Miami, where the Florida native would be reunited with offensive coordinator Scott Lenihan.
-- St. Paul Pioneer Press

How typical of a newspaper to get people to read.

Besides the big contract, bad knee, horrible year, and legal troubles.......

The vikings owner has already said Culpepper will remain a viking next year.

If Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer can win Super Bowls with the Ravens and Tampa Bay then I see no reason why Gus or Sage couldnt win one with us. If Gus wouldnt make as many mistakes and the Defense played alot more consistantly we would be in contention.
