According to PFT Sunday Afternoon One Liners, DC made roughly $100,000 per completed pass. Wow.

It's why when you factor in performance, salary and draft pick Daunte Culpepper is the worst Quarterback decision this franchise has ever made

Ouch...other breakdowns

$4 million per TD pass
$8 million per TD run
$380,952 per sack
$2,666,666 per fumble
$2,666,666 per interception
$2 million per game played
$2,666,666 per loss

and the worst!!!
$8 million per win

and the most funny thing is that he is a very bad liar .........." Now I must go on and search for a team to take care of my family "........hhahaha ...comme on man ..u have money to take care of 100 families now !!!!!

He was injured, his opportunities to complete passes ended after 4 games. If you can find a player that can complete passes when he's on a doctors table, please let us know. That $$$ for completions stat is skewed and misleading.

Culpepper was benched for poor play, but Saban used the excuse of a sore shoulder. Culpepper insisted he was fine. A player in a similar situation would be Carson Palmer whose 2005 season ended in the playoffs with a knee injury.

Palmer's 2006 season stats...
324 comp 520 att 4035 yards 28 TD 13 int

Given that Palmer counted for $12,980,000 against the cap it would equate to $40,061 per completion.

He was injured before we got him, he looked like crap before we got him and we still gave up a 2nd rounder and a Pro Bowl contract to a guy half the league thought was washed up. Worst QB pickup ever in the Dolphins history

Right, but look at the number of completions/attempts that he had, that's the thing that I was pointing out. One guy played and one guy didn't, they aren't even remotely close to being comparable. You could compare Brady, Pennington and Palmer because they all played a full season, but Pep didn't and the numbers are skewed because of it.

We get it, you don't like him. Let it go.

The numbers aren't skewed. They are what they are. Daunte was a waste of time, money, and oxygen.

Daunte is a horrible QB and that is why he is not here.
