Culpepper must learn to patience
Is that the same thing as "Learn to have patience"? Or "Learn to be patient"?

Good read

Learn to be a patient.

Thank you. I think we all came to a conclusion that I made a mistake. Considering I admited my mistake which most people dont do. Now get off my case and talk about the topic.

If he was any more patient last week he would be listed as doubtful for this game.......

That said lets see how patient he is when he actually has some blocking

Yep, I thought Daunte was patient enuff last week. He just got a little antsy when they got behind. Hell u gotta be patient when they not giving u nuthing but little dink and dunk plays and u keep converting them.

To the OP: I think its better to say, Daunte needed to remain patient when we got behind. Meaning don't feel like because we are behind that u need to retake the lead by making Marino like throws in triple coverage . . . stick with what was working. I still don't think those INT's was the main reason we lost. 3 plays stick out much more . . . The Miller TD obviously . . . the Lehan penalty . . . and the 3rd and 2 pitchback to Ronnie. Hell I was more upset with those calls than the INT's from CPep. We know CPep is getting back into things, we gotta make things easier for him right now, and the D was a letdown, no penetration on the blitz and miscommunication in the secondary.

But yea, I see what u trying to say, but when u have the ferocious PITT Defense and a average to below average OLine . . . hard to remain patient.

You're delusional

Culpepper didnt lose the lead the defense did, if we dont allow that long TD he doesnt have a chance to throw an INT right there because 99% chance we dont call the same play

Hey I'll take it a step further

If the line knew how to block we would have blown the game open and it wouldnt have mattered

What those charts show is exactly what I've said since day 1. The guy can't cut it when the pressure is on. Those interceptions had nothing to do with short, medium vs deep throws, since the 1st was on a medium pass & the 2nd on a short pass.

Just as i said he will put up great stats when his team is leading but as an ultimate frontrunner will find a way to pee down his legg when the pressure falls squarely on him.

Get used to it boys.

Good call Alex. The only 2 passes that he forced were when we needed a big play late in the game. Good to see he's not taking sacks though. I expect to see a lot less underthrows on Sunday than we saw last week.

What part of living in a fanatsy world of IFs isn't delusional??

It's ALWAYS someone else's fault when it come to Culpepper.

I couldn't agree more. Obviously the Miller TD was the big one that really hurt. But the Lehan penalty is a big big deal. Yeah we did get the turnover on that drive, but we started at the 5. If Lehan doesn't commit that penalty, the Steelers punt from their own end zone and Welker catches the ball around our own 45. With his return skills, we probably would've started in Pittsburgh territory and very possibly gotten at least a field goal out of the drive. We had so many chances during that game.

Did you see our O-line the entire game? Ronnie had absoltely no lanes to run through, forcing us to throw every play. I think the skill players did pretty good with what they were given. We lost the game in the trenches, bottom line.
