Just a note of irony which may say something about the differances in today's front office versus prior yeasrs.

Speilman traded a second round pick for A. J. Feely which we then had to turn around and package with a sixth rounder to get San Diego to give us Lemon and some cap relief. Thus in practical terms, Lemon cost a 2 and a 6.

Culpepper cost a 2 straight up and now it appears Harrington will cost us a 6.

Therefore: Old school: use a 2 & a 6 to get a third string QB.

New school: Use a 2 & a 6 to get a Pro Bowl first stringer and a second stringer with four year's starting experiance.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Yeah but Espn thinks Spielman makes a great Draft expert! :sidelol:

Interesting picks/trade analysis OHIO!

Isn't is amazing how many Dolphins fans there are here in our great state? I know several here in Findlay! I was in Canton for Dans' Enshrinement and let me tell you, it looked like it was being held in Weston in Dan's backyard, lol! Ohio loves our Dolphins and our beloved #13!

Funny how the picks worked out. I am just glad we finally have a good QB lineup which has been lacking since the days of Marino.

Hey, other Ohio Phin fans
Seems like their are alot of us popping up :dolphins:

My question would be isn't Harrington have a much weaker arm than Culpepper? I would think that Saban would want the same type of QB for backup as Culpepper. The offensive system they have in place calls for a strong arm QB. Culpepper and Harrington seem to have different styles.

Harrington is no Marino but I am not so sure he has a weak arm. I've seen him wing it 50 yards. He'll do just fine!

Very interesting info.... boy Wanny and Spielmen really are tards!

To be fair, Saban was the one who traded a 6th and Feeley for Lemon.. I still think that was a terrible trade.

Good Point... I think Sabin is expecting Harrington to become more of accurate passer rather than going deep.

 The funniest thing is when he talks about last year's draft, he acts like he had some say in who the Dolphins were drafting, when we KNOW Saban was in complete control. :D
