Im sorry if this has been gone over dozens of times but I really did not want to search all the Culpepper threads for an answer.

With that out of the way, is there clause in his contract that protects the team in the case that he is either unable to perform or does not meet a certain goal?

All i know is his contract is incentive laiden. And he gets a bonus if he plays 75% of the dolphins offensive plays.

Beyond that he gets it for certain milestones such as 30 touchdowns. 3000 yards. Making the playoffs, winning the superbowl.

If he reaches all his milestones hell be in the top 5 highest paid QB's in the NFL.
