This is positive news should Miami really be contemplating a trade for Mr. Culpepper.

If your knee is ground beef how can you throw?
First he has to get healthy, which he cant warm up until July, and despite belief its POSSIBLE he would be ready to go in OCT. He would have to learn our system, even if it has hints of his old coach in it.(Lenihan)
Im not ready to give this guy the first 5 games of the season to blow for a learning curve. Additionally, how much will this guy cost? A second rounder and I bet a whole lot of money. Yes he is good, but I would take Brees, who is healthy, younger and gets BETTER EVERY YEAR! Does Culpepper seem to be getting better? Nope
Brees is not my first choice, but he is a franchise worthy QB. Saban and Mularky will turn him into a winner.
