Occording to orlando papers and the palm beach post, he either drove or flew down yesterday, maybe meeting early today before brees, looks like we are getting one of these guys

That's why Nick jumped on the airplane yesterday to go meet Brees....to make it look like we really were going after Brees....If Miami signs Brees, then Minny gets even less than what they're asking for Duante if they trade him to someone else.Eric-Honduras said:If Brees signs with the Saints... the Vikes will hold on to Culpepper.. and put the pressure on Miami to make the trade...

Will Minny hold onto Duante until Brees signs? depends on how confident they are that he won't be signing with Miami....or do they blink and let Nick have him for what we're offering?
Or.....Will Miami realize that they can't sign Brees, and not want to risk him signing with the Saints thus giving Minny even more leverage, (possibly raising the asking price) and give them what they're asking for Duante?
Who's gonna blink first?
