Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins QB Daunte Culpepper is expected to receive a decision from a judge next week on a motion to dismiss three misdemeanor charges against him. Culpepper is charged with indecent behavior, disorderly conduct, and lewdness from allegations of sexual misconduct last October on a boat cruise.

I see them throwing this out... With the revelation about others that were not charged but should have been. And this is a misdemeanor charge... I've seen worse reduced to a parking ticket before! Waste of tax payer money in my opinion...
