This picture speaks highly of the culture Adam Gase wanted in his locker room. For all the crap we give the guy, the one thing that he has on his side, is his players. Drake had a boneheaded play but I'll take a guy like that all day with the way he reacted. He has players that want to win and that don't quit. His questionable play calling aside, I'll take him over a Gruden any day.
