I'm surprised this didn't garner any replies. Part of it may be unfamiliarity with English-style betting odds.

If we trust Boomer and Mort, and common sense, you can profit handsomely by wagering Aaron Rodgers will NOT be the top pick. At 33/20, that is the equivalent of +1.65. You bet 20 to win 33, or any multiple of that. A $20 bill would return $53 total, including your original $20 plus the $33 profit, if the 49ers take Alex Smith, or anyone else, instead of Rodgers.

Pinnacle is very good and reliable. It's one of the offshore outfits I use. Cris is excellent also.

BTW, here are the odds to win the AFC East, current via the Venetian Hotel sportsbook in Las Vegas as of Sunday:

* New England 2/5
* New York Jets 3/1
* Buffalo 5/1
* Miami 12/1

At 12/1, Miami is tied with Cleveland for second highest odds to win any division. Only the 49ers, at 15/1, are considered less likely.
