one really quick question .. WHERE THE HECK IS THE PHANTOM MADDEN CURSE WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT!!!
 
It's simply waiting for the 1st play of week 17.

Favre originaly appeared on the cover of the game in a Packers Uni. Maybe the curse effects the team rather than the player. It does seem like the Pack might miss the playoffs this year.


Besides, some of the curses have not reared their ugly head untill well into the season.
 
The curse has already struck, hes a member of the New York Jets. You can't get any worse.

yeah it could .. you could be a member of the detroit lions .. look at their schedule the remainder of the season , MIN-INDY-NO-GB .. where do they get that 1st win to keep them from doing what the Dolphins couldn't and being the worst team in NFL history?

i think they will go winless. a rule should be a team that goes winless gets the first 2 picks in the draft...haha

i think our team last year though ranks in the top 5 of worst teams unfortunately :boohoo:
 
Well as far as the playoff picture goes lets hope Detroit beats INDY, but i mean i think i would have better luck hoping to win the lottery
 
If detroit does win a game this year let's hope it is against the colts which I think it's highly unlikely.

I don't know. It still affected us with Daunte a few years after the fact.
 
The Curse is that the quarterback that Favre replaced will lead a former 1-15 team to the playoffs over the team that Favre now plays on. There's a curse for you.
