Customized avatar

I use to be able to customize my avatar without a problem,then it stopped allowing me too(Roughly a few weeks before the site was revamped). My picture size is not larger than the requirements and it is not explicit or anything . When I try to customize it it always gives the message upload of file failed. The only thing I can figure is it may be something when the site was redone. I am at a loss. Any information would be much appreciated.

You will need to load the site to a free image hosting service and paste the image URL for the avatar.
