Give him the option to get divorced or get cut.

exactly. Marshall is twice the WR that Chad is and he got traded for a lot less.

 When a wife stabs her husband and doesn't get charged with domestic violence you really think what Marshall did was a lot less? Not to mention all the other incidents.

I think he had very little rope to start with when he was signed, shortened it even more with Philbin, last week with his press conference f-bomb extravaganza, and last night he just hung himself...I will be surprised if he reaches Tuesday uncut.

I can not believe there can still be many if any fans of his, still hoping to see him on the team, or expecting him to become a good receiver or citizen with Miami.

Ahhh yes, just like it never happened, right?
Exactly. if charges are dropped it never happened. I've seen guys stay on teams for worser crimes. though domestic violence and stupid as **** to commit it was a misdemeanor and if the charges are dropped they will most likely keep him IMO. if Charges aren't dropped then he's gone.

Whether or not the charges stick is not the point. The point is you can expect more stupidity to come from Chad Johnson as time goes along. Why continue to ride that bus?

OJs murder charge didnt stick either. He was acquited. Let me ask you this. If you have a sister, or if you dont suppose you did, would you have been glad to see her marry OJ Simpson after his trial was over?

Com'on bro, you can't be this naive. Money talks and bull**** walks. I could provide NUMEROUS incidents of celebrities getting away with crap like this because of the almighty dollar. Just because charges are dropped doesn't mean it didn't happen

None of that is the point, though. This might be Chad's first time hitting a woman, but we all know that he's a repeat idiot.

So if he stays, we all know what's coming next: Another incident involving Chad Johnson being an idiot and embarrassing himself.

Seriously, he's what? 34 years old? And he still hasn't grown up and figured it out?

Get rid of him. Save yourself the trouble.

Charges dropped or not...you really going to say you still want Chad on this team after this incident?
Tbh im not a judge. What he did was wrong but kind of out of character for the guy. if he's charged he deserves to b dropped. If not then that most likely means it was some kind of provoked incident. His actions were still on called for and not right at all but I don't believe in crucifying the guy over a misdemeanor We had more patience with Brandon Marshall. Chad is a better person I would say than Brandon marshall. so I do believe we should keep him and still give him a chance to show his worth. See its just about football with me. I'm more concerned with the guys play on the field and how it affects the team in wins than I am guys personal lives. I'm just a fan. Not a judge nor a front office executive
