if cutler is picked higher than number 9 that might be the worst pick ever. cutler will not succeed with a team like Tennessee or new york they have no talent to go around him. It will be like playing at Vandy all over again. He will only succeed if he goes to a team with the peices in place. He's not the guy you build around.
