D-Fense needs to keep us in early...

Hey my first big thread lol

D-fense needs to keep us in early and stop giving up big plays to start the game. being down 7 points doest make anything easy on a offense that needs time to catch a rythem. I knew our secondary has been weak for some time but i was hoping that they would improve but with goodman, hill, and crocker it isnt gettin any better.
Our front 7 lock fusturated early with the secondary and then they played bad too. But i put more blame on the secondary not being able to ONE break any play up or TWO tackle the darn reciever in the open field. We arent goin to get any respect from any team for now on and ALLEN needs to start making more plays and hittin that number one reciever around more.

Agreed. The Defense is the biggest problem right now. They are giving up too many big plays early in the game. Our Offense is not going to be very good if we have to play from behind every game.

I don't know whether it is the coaching, scheme or bad secondary (or all 3) but opposing WRs are running free all over the field. Guys are wide open. I counted at least 5 times where NOBODY covered Boldin. How is that possible?

I remember the year when we had surtain, madison, marion, knight, buckley.....it was better to have that secondary and know plays would be made but anyways lets move on lol.

Yea they are killing us and not only was the first big play bad on the players it showed a bad play call. But regardless i felt we would of got torched anyways. the rest of the game was hard to watch.
