ESPN's Mortenson said it could happen and Tice may remain w/ team!!!!!

Wow!!!!
So all of those wanting Pep here can throw it out the window!!!!!

If anything it makes it MORE likely, knowing that the Vikes arent opposed to dealing him and Linehan would definitely be interested.

I dont understand your logic at all.

Man could you imagine how ape**** our receivers would go if we landed Culpepper? How does this fit with the trade deadline though?

i would love to have daunte "where'd randy go?" culpepper in a dolphin ini, next year....we cant give them gus back, along with a 3rd rounder...yea yea yea thats the ticket.

I think hes talking about in the offseason, because the trade deadline is already over if im not mistakin.

They're not taking Gus back. I could see it happening especially with the linehan factor, but we'd have to give them Chambers. They could use a solid #2 to compliment williamson in the future

How about Booker? Williamson is more of the speedy/deep threat reciever, while Booker is the more possession reciever.

I think if we offered a second round pick for him they would accept.

we can't afford him.

i like saban goign out and scouting and drafting a qb from 06 draft.

he did great in the 05 draft.

Hm..it would be intruiging if we ended up getting Cullpepper. If that happened we could look towards o'line/defense in the first couple picks in the draft.

I'd trade Chambers for him straight up in a heartbeat, but I think Minnesota would probably want Chambers and a #2 or #3. It'd be nice if we could get rid of Chambers's contract in a move like that, because right now Chambers is a #2 being paid like a #1, and that means we'll have to pay someone else a #1's salary if we want a true #1. At that point we'd have too much money soaked up in the WR position, and the rest of the team would suffer because of it.

come on man....how about giving Chambers a #1 QB....maybe he plays more like a #1 receiver....Chambers QB's.....Fielder...Sage...Frerotte...these 3 had made us think Chambers is a #1....now imagine if we had a Culpepper....

The whole point of getting Culpepper would be to have him throw to Chambers. Why would they trade Chambers then we're stuck with a qb that's questionable and lousy recievers.

eeeerRicky is on the block..bye bye eerRicky.
