the last 2 weeks it seems like kiko is trying to get everyone lined up, bc they all look confused. hell today jones was lined up wrong. what the hell is going on? burke must be doing something that is confusing the young guys. d you should not be thinking. its about keying and reacting. wth….
 
I've seen plays (forget which game) where a defensive player is facing away from the line of scrimmage trying to direct players when the ball is snapped. He had no idea that the play had already started. Maybe Burke, like Gase, is enamored with fancy, complicated playcalls that are supposed to confuse the opponent but end up confusing their own players!

It’s happened atleast once every game. Seems to be on 3rd down and long. And every time the one with there head turned at the snap gives up the 1st or a TD.
 
Yes at this point in the season if so many players are still looking that confused then either the team is filled with morons or the coaching and scheme is at fault.

Confusion can't be the cause of 5 yd wide holes at the LOS. Nor is it the cause of no one setting the edge. Yeah, there is confusion in the secondary, but there's a LOT more to it than confusion.
 
Coaching and mental preparedness are 50% of what determines success or failure
A well coached expansion team full of journeymen and castoffs would have had a better effort than what we saw today.
 
Not only confused but they couldn't even tackle much of the time....
 
That's funny, my girlfriend told me I looked confused while watching the D.
 
The D is not confused. The scheme they are running is doing exactly what it is designed to do - allow big running plays.
