[h=3]This could be seen as a good omen for the Miami dolphins this week but with the Joe Philbin coached team are mostly known for their inconsistency at best. More importantly, Miami is known for letting team break their cycles and turning things around. Case in point, Green Bay was a terrible away team this year so far but they got a win in Miami. KC was win less until they played Miami. Do I need to remind anyone about last year's Bucs? The way things are going with Miami some experts are predicting a Jacksonville Jaguars' first victory and probably their only win of 2014 NFL season when they meet next week. Go Jags! go get Miami a new coach.[/h]

Looks to me like they are due for another BIG L!!!

Da Berars have lost all their home games so far...

Don't worry, the Dolphins have a habit of breaking streaks...

The Packers hadn't won a game in Miami in decades I believe. They had only 1 victory in Miami prior to Sunday.

Last year the Dolphins gave the winless Bucs their first win.

This streak is nothing compared to those.

Fact is, the Bears are a bad matchup for the Dolphins. I'd be very surprised at a victory on Sunday. I think I had more faith in a win vs the Packers last week to be honest.

This. I do not see us winning this game. Besides ex fins always have career games against us

Dolphins also snapped the Patriots streak of 4,564 consecutive home opener wins.

until Sunday, Rodgers hadn't won a reg season game in the state of Florida as a pro (is my recollection)

Bears are overrated. Matt Forte doesn't fall forward.

Dolphins 27
Care bears 17

I still think while the Fins lose this weekend, they win ugly in Jax and come back and beat the Chargers the following week. 4-4 with 8 left is not a terrible spot to be in.

While Joe makes me want to put splinters under fingernails and RT's lack of consistency makes me hate my life, this team still has all it wants to accomplish in front of them.

Why is this match up so bad for us?

They have tremendous size with their boundary receivers, both of whom are physical mismatches vs just about any cornerback in the NFL. Against our undersized cornerbacks, that's magnified. In addition, we struggle to cover backs and tight ends due to poor coverage linebackers and safeties (thank goodness Jenkins has stepped up here), and Martellus Bennett and Matt Forte are both great mismatch weapons in the passing game.

On defense, the Bears haven't been particularly good against the pass (although I like Kyle Fuller a lot), and Miami hasn't been particularly good at passing the football.

On paper, it looks like a bad matchup.

At this point I'm more comfortable playing on the road. This team stinks at home and everyone knows it. Still a terrible matchup for us.
