If we sign Clark we don't to use a draft pick on Fleener or Allen. I have no idea why the Colts are dumping all their players, but I guess Irsay wants to clean house.

Not only him but Gary Brackett and Joseph Addai get released. Colts are starting a new era. As when Manning was released, seemed like also some of the team, would be going their separate ways.
