A friend of mine is trying to tell me that Damien McIntosh was a 'fast and athletic tackle who lacks strength and power' and I'm telling him it's the exact opposite. Help me here who is right?

We've also got the same debate going over Kevin Carter. He says he's exceptionally strong but extremely slow and I'm telling him that KC is strong but not super strong and fast but not overly fast.

confirm that I know what I'm talkin about?

D Mac SUCKS. I lost count of the amount of times he got blown off the ball against the Jets, plus the stupid penalties = A$$ He has been very inconsistent to say the least.

bro don't throw in the towel yet. Let's see if he makes the needed corrections. He already said that he saw some technique flaws, and he was working on them. I am sure Houck is working with him this week. let's give him this week, and see if there is improvement!

Agreed. Plus, I think that Carter has looked OK.

He had three outstanding games prior to facing John Abraham.

Agreed.

I'm not comparing D Mac to Jon Ogden BUT, Ogden looked like a second rater against Dwight Freeney last year...anyone can have a tough day against certain types of players.

Maybe I'm overreacting, but he looked bad last week. I'm not talking about one or two plays, he looked bad the entire game. Houck is supposed to be the best, so if he can't learn him he's hopeless.

Bro you can be a good NFL player, but there are going to be days when you play better NFL players, and that's the way it is. The important think is I think D-mac, and the coaching staff are already on this, and we will look better this weekend, I am sure! Keep the faith!:beerbang:
