i think we should play him instead of bennie anderson at the RG position i think he would help us more i mean bennie was gettin dominated by anthony mcfarland and others when we played tampa...wat do u guys think?

Bennie did fine in his first game. I think we should leave him where he is and see how he performs in this game, if he continues to struggle then I agree that we may need to swith him out.

I think they will stay with the same line up this week and if it does not work they will impliment changes. I also believe that Saban is going to look at substitutions during the game.

McIntosh sucked last year. He was constantly owned by the opposing DL. Sorry, this guy is horrible, keep him on the bench.

I'm more interested to see how Jason Allen performs. This will be the first live action I've seen of him.

McIntosh has been a starting tackle for the last 5 years. He hasn't had much experience at guard, if any. Anderson has been a solid starter at guard in the league for awhile. In fairness to him, we acquired him late, and he's still learning the offense. I think he'll be fine.

Uh, no. You've got no idea what you are talking about. McIntosh had a solid but unspectacular season last year.

Wow, I can't believe you just posted that. Sorry but I couldn't disagree more.

Saban will give Anderson every chance to improve or fail. Anderon has experience and is built the way Saban prefers his linemen, however Saban has some young players with a lot of potential waiting in the wings and IMO he has eventual plans for those players.

what the hell is with people on this board thinking you can just take ANY O-lineman and flop him to another position on the line like nothing???? Sure, lets take a LT....and move him to RG !!! Different positions, different responsibilities in space, and a DIFFERENT SIDE OF THE LINE!!

Just because they know what each spot does on each play, doesn't mean it is as easy to perform all of its duites.

McIntosh is so good at getting false start penalties, I fear he may still manage to get them while sitting on the bench.
