He wants everybody to compete in practice. And to play harder. I think he will get more out of these players. He should have a good chance to win his first 2 games. After that who knows. But he is the coach of the players, he knows what they want that's why i think Coyle will be fired i just don't know who on this staff has play calling experience

I'd go to war with Campbell. I believe the players will feel the same way.

Talk about intensity. He's got it in spade. No more puzzy foot practices. No more uninspired starts to games. The player are all on call. Compete or there's the door.
When he get in their faces they'll remember it.

Ross said it's possible everyone might have overestimated roster but he believes in the talent.

Ross said he spoke to Parcells about Campbell and Campbell is candidate for permanent job.
Ross: Dan Campbell certainly is a candidate for the permanent job. I talked to coaches he has played under and I spoke to Bill Parcells.

The one adjective about Parcells teams is that he loved hard nosed football players. I hope that trait was passed on to Campbell.
No BS, no excuses. Just do your job and help your team win with whatever it takes as a player and for the coaches get the most out of each player.
Maybe the Parcells experiment left an acorn here..(hoping)

Interim Dolphins coach Dan Campbell was quite impressive in his news conference. The kind of coach you'd run through a wall for.

Of course the talking heads on the two sports networks are all predicting a bumpy road because of his lack of inexperience, the mental fugue of the players and the possible resentment from the coordinators that a position coach was promoted above them. Say that it's been decades where a mid season coaching change resulted in a playoff team. They're probably right but it would be great to prove them wrong.

This team has plenty of holes, especially on the OL, the defense needs to be kicked in the ass and of course Tannehill has to up his game. We certainly have enough pieces on both sides of the ball to be competitive and more. And how in 4 games a top 12 QB last season has regressed so badly has to be investigated and fixed. We've certainly got the horses. However I sure wouldn't bet the farm on it happening..
