Once Campbell finishes the season with (what appears like) a losing season, will the front office give him back his former Tight End coaching job, or will he be given other responsibilities within the organization...?

I think it likely that he will return as our TE coach. I mean there can't be any reason that they shouldn't grant him his previous job...Besides he was a darn good assistant coach.

You?

Sure.....keep him back in his old role as TE coach, but he isn't head coach material yet. We need a veteran head coach.

I doubt he would except his old job with us if he were not retained as head coach. New coach will bring in his own guys. Besides, if Campbell did stay as TE coach, it could undermine the new HC and split the locker room

doubt he comes back might cause conflict in the locker room with a new coach and might cause the locker room to be separated one side for the new hc one side with dan campbell

My ideal scenario is Sean Payton is hired and retains him as TE coach.

How often does the interim HC stay with the team when they hire a new HC? I have no clue Anyone know?

dont worry about dan campbell he will work for another team like the cowboys, saints(if payton is there), some Parcells regime will hire him right away and he will be a HC candidate in a couple of years

From what i've read the players really like campbell. If he would want to stay i think the new coach would be wise to keep him on.

The coach would be wise to hire who he thinks is the best guy to develop players and call plays

players ran that same 'we love coach' doodah over Joe Queasy, so stop believing; its code for "ain't hearing him no more"

These are the same lackeys that play like doo doo week after week. Campbell can take the players with him when he leaves. We need new ones anyway.

I wouldn't even take him back at the TE coach! They can't block worth ****...except for Sims...

Clay was pathetic last year...
