I just want to know where to get the t-shirt Coach is wearing with the US flag on the sleeve.
 
A thing I notice is that this coach talks more about scout teams and practice squad players more than any other coach I've ever heard speak. Interesting.

It's all part of building a culture. Let's the scout guys know that the coaches are paying attention to them, which makes them play harder either in hopes of impressing or not getting cut, which gives the first-teamers better looks in practice, which forces them to step up their focus and level of play in practice. Making guys compete like MFers every day, until they don't know how to do anything besides compete like MFers every day.

He is all about team. All 53 guys and the PS squad.
 
It is interesting to see a Head Coach answer questions honestly. Joe was like most of the NFL Coaches at Press Conferences trying very hard to not give any information away about anything (Rex Ryan is a glorious exception). In fact this image made many fans believe that Philbin was a complete idiot with a boring monotone voice. Belichick is skilled in saying nothing and everyone expects it, but Dan Campbell appears refreshingly honest. It's definitely more entertaining to watch.
 
he uses the inactive players and practice squad players on another level than it was before. You think Ryan can insult them anymore? They have been made into an intrical part of this team
