I dont think that they need secondary help because they didnt loose anyone of value. There is a gapping hole in the linebacker position for the Giants. I would rather take another lineman or draft the best corner with 2A. This is why we need to select J long with our first so we can take BPA. If we draft C Long we will reach for OT or get one with 2B that cant even compete with J Long. Teams are built in the trenches and dline is taken care lets work on Oline

Umm...did you forget Oakland threw a ton of money at Gibril Wilson? I'm no expert on the Giants, but I think Sammy Knight is currently penciled in as a starting safety so Kenny Phillips is a definite possibility for the Giants at #31.

Conner is a little light for the 3-4. Valuewise it would be ok but I just dont think he fits the system.

This is a perfect example why we need to go Jake Long . . . what if Connor, or Cason or Groves falls to us at 32 . . . I love having options . . . if we take chris Long . . . we pretty much would have to pass on a guy like Connor or Cason if available . . . for possibly Carl Nicks? wtf?

100% agree. Any other way, we will be scrambling the whole draft.

Not if they are drafting for talent and not need as they said they were.
