Dan Feeney being traded to the Bears.

What per-centage of your posts are the "good attitudes, non-mistakes and good decisions?
I wouldn't be able to quantify it. But just as it's reasonable to assume that Ray is right, it would also be reasonable to assume that my intentions were good, even if I screwed something up.

Samoan pronunciation is just different to what we are conditioned to with the English language. When you see the letter "g" following a vowel, it is pronounced "ng". There are still guys in the football media like Jim Miller on Sirius NFL radio, who refuse (or simply don't care) to pronounce Tua's name correctly. He also finishes with "viola" rather than "vye - lo - a".
Tua deserves more respect.

There was an announcer here for Byu Football back in the day who had the hardest time w/ Polynesian names.

He wasn't racist or ignorant just had a hard time with them. The ironic thing was Polynesians compromised at least 1/3 of the roster

Rant/tangent over

I disagree...
It was attempt to say that we should have done one over the other...
Ok so if we signed Dalvin Cook for the difference he mentioned, would we have been currently over the cap? Because then “it’s them or him” makes sense… but we would not have been over the cap with that 3-4mil disparity, would we have?

His basic point was that we should prioritize a couple of high dollar signings over 8-10 mid-level signings, and that point I vehemently disagree with.
It's a get the stars and ignore depth strategy, and I don't think it works. It's great for Fantasy Football, but not so much for building a real NFL team.
It also tends to be a hindsight theory... ignore all the good signings and only focus on the mistakes.
Posters who do this almost always double down on the I told you sos... and the 'everyone knows' stuff.

Obviously, I reject it.
