I think Dan Henning is dreaming about all the ways he can use Tate.

Thoughts........?

And please have ones other then, i think we should go ILB,OLB,FS,NT in the 1st.:hi5:

I always loves me some Golden Taters

Ill take Dez Bryant over him any day... depending on if we win or loose, Tate would be an enormous reach (if we loose) and if we were that interested, id hope we trade down.

My complete Bigboard looks like this:

Suh
Berry
Dez Bryant
Mcclain
Earl Thomas
Williams
Spikes
Tate
Cody
Hughes

Im sure im missing some but basically thats how i feel, imo, you go down the list and whoever is BPA, you take them and base the rest of the draft off that.

If we pick in the 10-15 range i would be pissed if we picked Golden Tate..

Agreed... ive seen some reputable sites say that the upside for dez bryant is a mix between andre johnson and roddy white..

i dont want to draft tate in the first round i would in the second but not the first i dont think he should be a top 15 pick and that is where we will be picking

What if we they traded down from Where ever to 21 and we pick up a late 2rd pick.

Then you can use that late two on who ever ya want.

The point of this thread was to see how you all would use him.Not so much about "is he worth the pick" but how would you use him?

I'm not a huge fan of Tate, I think we need a bonafide number 1 WR and I'm not sure if Tate is it. If we can't get Dez Bryant than go after Anquan Boldin.

Tate has amazing hands....if it hits his hands he won't drop it....something Bess and Ginn could learn to do a lot better. I think he will be a taller Steve Smith of the Panthers. I also am dreaming that Henning will be replaced in the off season.

I feel if Rolando McClain, Dez Bryant and CJ Spiller are all off the board that the Dolphins should trade down and add an additional 2nd or 3rd rounder. At that point, Golden Tate would be a perfect pick. He is tough and physical and I believe will be a #1 receiver despite lack of height. Plus he has added value in returning kicks and has even run the wildcat. Very, very good football player.

Dan henning may not even be the OC next year.

....................well true, but he is also Bill's best friend so i'm thinking that will help him out as far as staying here.

I wasn't 100% down with all his calls ether, but playing with a 1st time starter as QB, not having good TE play, playing with WR's that really shouldn't be starting.....easy to see how he had one hand tied behind his back all year.

I have to agree with you !

Yup, you two get the point of this Thread.

Some others here are kind of lost in the round about thinking that kills alot of threads here.

Other then CJ, who is the most explosive player in this draft..............To me it's Tate.Hands down! Plus he can do more to help us win then all the other WR's in this draft as a KR, PR, and we could toss him in the Wildcat if RB or RW go's down.

Id like him but only around picks 20-25 meaning we would need to trade down and there is a good chance Terrence Cody or Dan Williams will be there also Jerry Hughes, and brandon spikes. idk it will just be hard to take him, i like the guy alot and am not apposed to him.. if we keep our pick and get lucky and get number 11, it HAS to be Rolando Mcclain or Dez Bryant or trade down imo
