Dan the man played for Shula. He's got to know this frat-house feel-good, no discipline philosophy of McGenius doesn't work. He is supposed to be an "advisor to the owner" Ross. Is he advising or just sticking around for a "ring" which at this point is sadly laughable???

He was hired to take a more hands on position, and decided after a few days he wasn't interested in investing the time and commitment it would take.

Ok maybe not every day but he's in the middle of things: QB meetings, practice, etc. Ross lives in NY. I think Dan is supposed to be his eyes (just an opinion) I mean he's there more than he's not.

Are you sure he’s in the building every day. I highly doubt it, more like at the golf course every day. Coming in once a week to visit the quarterback room. And in his box seats for the games.

Perhaps you are correct. I do know he's had the title "Advisor to the Owner" for some time now. Maybe it's a BS title so he has better seats on game day.
