We should be jumping on that straight away. He's perfect for developing Tua. Not surprised the Gators made the call because this season has been a trainwreck, losing the talent to the NFL that they did was always going to be tough but the results have not been good enough, his loyalty to the DC Grantham was probably what done him in for me. That D had talent but Grantham just couldn't get anything out of them.
I am actually OK with Flores staying if we can get two things in house, a new OL coach and a new OC. Grier can go only if he is replaced by Xanders from the Rams.
Most likely Mullins will land another college head coach job. But it's wishful thinking

Wouldn't be opposed to either one, with Kelly being my preference.
He screwed the pooch as a HC, but seems like a guy that can learn from his mistakes. Part of his problem was a huge ego. Maybe being taken down a few notches corrected that.
He is innovative, and has NFL experience.
I read somewhere yesterday where he would like to be a coach in the NFL because he doesn't like the recruiting at the college level.
If Grier is fired the new GM will want to be able to hire his own head coach. So I think either both of them stay or both of them go. I don't think one will stay if the other one is gone.
