Daniel Kilgore Out For Season Following Triceps Tear

The injury bug continues to pester the Miami Dolphins.

Starting center Daniel Kilgore became the latest Dolphins player to suffer a season-ending injury as an MRI confirmed Monday that he tore a triceps muscle during Sunday’s blowout loss to the New England Patriots, according to a league source.

I said a couple weeks ago we’d likely lose another starter OL.

we’re up against it now. It’s why I said pre-season that lack of OL depth would be the biggest failure if this team happened to have a poor season.

Our ability to get OL continues to be a problem. Soooooooooo many injuries, Pouncey was constantly injured, Jake Long got injured and never recovered, Smiley, James has had his share of injuries, Brendel, Bushrod had his share but played through them, now Sitton and Kilgore … then there's the slew of draft picks that didn't work out like Dallas Thomas and our latest Isaac Asiata. It's like we're snakebitten across the OL.

Oh well, plug in Swanson, cross our fingers, and count the snaps until Brendel comes back I guess.
