Daniel Thomas better get cut today

He is literally the worst RB in the league.

He's literally not. You could find tons of worse players easily lol

Martin was different, despite the fact that he is a by-product of Snake and Rat gene mixing, he did actually show potential at certain points of his career. Especially as a rookie on the right side. Wheels fell apart in year 2, and he clearly isn't going to be a LT in this league. However Thomas has shown nothing. He won't be in the NFL next year. He's so terrible it's beyond understanding. Can't block (which was the initial reason he even got a roster spot), can't spot a whole, is horribly slow & has injury issues. Not only will he not get traded, I'd be shocked if he's on a roster next year.

I truly do not understand the pure hate you guys seem to have for DT. I'll admit that he hasn't shown much but how much of that has been the OL's fault? I think he's shown some flashes and, personally, I wouldn't mind seeing more of him before we give up on the guy.

Three seasons was not enough? What do you consider a big enough sample size?

How about we let him compete for the job......who thinks a 1yr deal with Moreno means we solved our RB problem.....competition brings out the best in people....

People talking out their emotional state. Why cut anyone before you see what you can get for him? Makes no sense at all. Why not bring him to camp? If our line improves, he improves. What if Moreno or Miller get hurt? Thomas knows our offense and will be better than anything else we could pick up at the last minute. Is Gilleslie the answer? lol. Bring him to camp, see what he does, see what we might be able to get for him and then make a decision. Making quick, stupid moves hopefully, is a thing of the past. Give one positive of cutting DT now.

He played well at times, he got really clobbered and got a nasty concussion in a game.

These people probably don't like his hairstyle or something equally inane

One less draft bust on the roster. He brings nothing to the table as a RB.

You are correct, it amazes me how people make excuses for RT and Miller due to the OL but call DT the worst.....they all played behind the worse OL in the league....Hopefully Hickey is smart enough to bring him into camp to compete and keep the best two backs based on production.....

The hate for any Dolphins player who did everything he could to help our team fascinates me.

Why would you thumbs down a guy and then agree with him?

Kelly Kapowski > Daniel Thomas

There is nothing wrong in seeing what you can get for the guy.

Trade bait...or keep him for camp competition. Let him, Gillislee, thigpen and a few rookies fight it out for the last 2 spots.

:bobdole:

Yes, trading for possibly the worst OT in the league who comes with both media and emotional baggage is justifiable. Never mind the guy is border line suicidal and should probably in the shrink house.

Guess he showed potential as Aldon Smith rag dolled him into Tannehill's lap.
