Daniel Thomas positive news

There was no quote from coach P mentioning that DT is the number 2 back. I believe that the #2 spot is still up for grabs.
 
I understand its Bush, Thomas and Slaton in that order at this moment? With mention of "flash" on Miller. Could change after todays practice I guess.

Waaaaaaay too early. Wait until people start hitting; DT admitted he hit the rookie wall last year plus his blocking was ****e.
 
DT's gonna have a good year....zone blocking fits him since he's not fast enough to break runs outside, and he doesn't seem to be able to make his own holes.
 
Barring injury he will be far better than last year, no idea how the running backs will pan out but there is a bit of competition there. DT should be your runner for inside the 10 given his size but he isn't that type of player.
 
Thomas goes down much to easy for someone his size
and has the hamstrings of a 20 year old elastic band
Hopefully he improves this season
 
DT is an excellent one-cut back. I think he will be very good with zone blocking, as long as he stays healthy. I think running back is the most underrated position on this team.
 
Thomas should thrive in this zone system since he hits the whole quickly, man I'm really getting excited at our running back situation.
