From a fantasy perspective D thomas is an intriguing play. The question I present to you is this: is Daniel Thomas role going to keep growing even though Miami, as a team, is sucking wind? I traded James Starks straight up for Thomas before last week and flexed Thomas and got 20 points and was very happy. Im not sure , though, if Thomas can get this type of production week in / week out, even though I am certainly hopeful!!! Anyone else here have Thomas, and what do you think about his potentially growing role?

Yards wise he should be ok. Tds on this team are hard to come by though.

Funny Swan I think differently. I think the more confidence the coaching staff has in him the more touches he will get in the red zone. First 3 weeks we threw mostly down in the red zone. Now that he's got his pad level down maybe he becomes even bigger threat plus I love his ability to catch down in the red zone like last week.

Did we pick up Steve Slaton cause we have confidence in Daniel Thomas? Or was this more a lack of confidence in Reggie Bush? And if it was the latter then why did Ireland trade for him?

Daniel Thomas' production on the field has been apparent the last two weeks but part of me thinks that Sparano doesn't like the guy. He called him out in the preseason and said he wasn't doing well enough. It's the same Sparano that says Colombo isn't a problem on our O-line.

Yeah he doesn't like guys who only show up in games because its hard to see with his pee sized brain that he's good. That is how he lits fires under rookies ***** as well. The whole Columbo thing is just weird. He has done nothing to show he should be on the field. I know Tony said he was going to not fiddle but this guy is destroying the season on his own. Having to keep an extra guy in to block on a 3 step drop is just stupid and takes on lass option away from henne.

I think Daniel Thomas might be the key to pulling off a win this weekend. Hopefully. I'm just saying that because I'll be at the game and I hope to see a Fin win.

Daniel Thomas I think is due for a career day so early in his career so I think you might be in luck.

yea, i just grabbed him off waivers, He's clearly the big time ball carrier here. And with this passing thing not really working as well, I think we may revert back to some ground game. I'm bullish on DT

I think he'll continue to produce until mid-late season where he will probably hit the rookie wall, especially with all the carries he's getting.

we picked up steve slaton because thomas is being bothered by the hamstring again and was limited in practice!

OmarKelly Dolphins RB Daniel Thomas had his practice participation limited by a hamstring injury on Thursday. NOW Steve Slaton makes a lil more sense
