I noticed when i was watching his highlight videos from college, and while watching the game vs the texans that all of his "big plays" are about 8-15 yards. Not saying that is a bad thing by any means, but it is just something that i noticed from him. He gets that initial burst through the line then gets brought down at the second level. Ill take first downs all day, but it would be nice to see him get some long touchdowns. I really think that he is going to do well for us and i love the how decisive he is and how he likes to finish runs. He seems like a back that can really wear down a defense and annoy the hell out of them. Im very excited for his future with this team.

he looked pretty good against the texans, to me he didnt even look like that same player as the preseason daniel thomas. I can't wait for the game to slow down for him a little bit, i'm confident after it does we'll see more than 8-15 yard big plays from him, even if not i'll take a chains mover any day over a dancer at the los

he will be a steal after it is all said and done

He reminds me of Edgerrin James. He can consistently get those chunk runs. I'm all for that

I was impressed too. The one thing about him is he is not terribly fast. Seems to have a burst though.

He is not a home run hitter off the bat..Your hoping he is going to wear down a defense throughout the game and then can get you even bigger runs toward the end of the game...I think we have a stud in this kid..Even if this FO leaves I dont see how this guy does not stay on and flourish.

He looked a little lost in the preseason, but looked fine on Sunday...looking forward to him bashing the Brownies!

hes a big dude and runs hard. i'm glad he took advantage of his opportunity. if he would have had a bad showing on sunday, everyone would declare him a bust and he might have lost some confidence. He going to Cleveland with a full head of steam and some much needed confidence.

He looked very good against the Texans, but he also had some nice holes to run through. Hopefully both he and the O line can continue to play like they did Sunday.

We ran a lot of draw plays which gave him some time to pick a hole, but he showed great patience and hit the hole hard. But he also had some great runs off tackle which was great to see.
