Yes, last year he was good, this year he is total trash.. Also the scheme from last year to this year hasnt changed so his performance has nothing to do with scheme. He sucks just like everyone else on the defense.
 
We don't need Dansby to sit out. All of our starters can play and we're still going 0-16. That game against the Jets was embarassing. Receivers couldn't catch, and not just Marshall, but sure-handed Hartline and Bess too. Wake is invisible this year. Zero pass rush. Soft, conservative pass D. Luck is ours as long as we don't lose him to the Colts in a tiebreaker, which we might cause our superior SOS. Hope Luck won't mind not wearing #12.

he's washed up and all talk...part of the reason this d stinks is cause taylor is playin so many snaps and doin nothing with them...we are getting no pass rush from a guy brought in to provide it...he was washed up 2 years ago

the biggest difference b/t last and this year on d is we are not gettiing consistent pass rush...you can't play all these off man coverages and soft stuff unless you got pressure players up front...this year we don't...wakes getting zero help...3 sacks in 5 games isn't ideal but its not trash either...he's still right in line with double digit sacks but it won't matter cause we are asking our cover guys to cover too long...and good luck playin a lot of trail technique and sitting in soft zones and letting te's have free releases off the los at lb if you don't have consistent pressure from your front...

I would expect a player to say nothing else, it is they that are failing and have their ego's on the line.

However, I was a Dolphin fan 12 years before Dansby was born, and nearly 40 years before he became a Dolphin.

I could care less what a 2 year player thinks of my fanhood. He will be gone in the near future more than likely and will care less what happens to the future of this team, while we fans will be here still spending our money and time supporting this team.

I don't hold it against him, in his position I would probably feel the same way....however, he is in a different position than we are and does not have his eye on what happens the next 15 years to this team, so who cares what he says?

If this organization had not blown its opportunities to draft Aaron Rodgers and Matt Ryan in recent history...we would not be in the situation of badly needing a franchise QB.

Facts are we are 0-5, NFL history says that means our season is over, with the way the team has played for Sparano, there is no hope of an 11 game run....none.

I am glad a player came out and said it..

I dont want Luck to think that the players are doing this on purpose..

As Luck has said he take offense to the Suck for Luck.

Dansby, the Dolphins are not going to win out.. Give it a try tho.
 
I don't think that the length of time any of us has been fans has anything to do with the validity of any given statement by an NFL player. Next, well have someone saying that they gave birth to Larry Csonka, so Dansby needs to shut up.
 
I really like Dansby and he is telling it like it is. However, he has no right to be saying things like that right now at this state of the team.
