Did he sign a rookie contract? I couldn't find anything on the Google about it. If he didn't, and he's seriously injured....is he hosed?

I believe there is something signed between players and teams when a player is drafted but not signed before these Rookie OTA's. He should be covered and still get his rookie scale deal for the third overall pick.
